The Apartments

There are four apartments available for rent at Cortijo El Peso.   Built in 1995 in local style, the apartments have every modern convenience but all the character of a country-style Spanish property.  There are two smaller studio apartments (El Nogal and El Ciruelo)  suitable for a couple or children, one bigger studio (El Estudio) also suitable for a couple, and a family size apartment (El Bosque). 

Comfortably furnished, each studio apartment has terracotta floors and is decorated in Spanish style.  Studios have a sleeping area, sitting area, en-suite shower room and WC, and kitchen facilities.   There is a communal utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Each apartment has its own terrace or balcony.

The larger apartment, El Bosque, has a large living area with dining table, sofa and chairs, kitchen area, two double bedrooms; one bedroom with a queen size double bed, and the other with two single beds, separate bathroom and WC.  It has its own partly shaded terrace, running the full length of the property.  Both bedrooms have french windows to outside terraces.

A welcome pack is provided (bread, butter, eggs, tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice, bottled water, and a bottle of wine).  Cleaning is once a week, with linen change once a week (for two week stays or more).  All linen is provided, except for beach towels.

Toilet paper, washing powder, washing up liquid and various household items are stocked for your arrival.

A 20  metre swimming pool with a shallow area for children is located in a secluded area near the property, with views of the countryside.  Surrounded by terrace, it has substantial areas of leafy shade.  The pool is available for use between May and October.
